ALL SALES ARE FINAL **Disclosure Before Purchase of shoes:**

Please note that these shoes are uniquely designed and are made when ordered. Each pair is a one-of-a-kind creation. The right shoe will not match the left shoe exactly, and the words or design elements on them might run in opposite directions. Due to the custom nature of these shoes, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

By purchasing these shoes, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS 

WE DO NOT accept returns due to size or offer size exchanges.

WE DO ACCEPT Any claims for misprinted/defective items. They must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. We will ask for pictures of product before sending them to us. You will have to wait for our approval for return. In some cases, we will have to submit a problem report which can take up to 30days to resolve. please contact us before returning any products.
